How Change is Created

Change is initiated by an initial idea, which is then developed through thought, followed by the recognition of associated emotions and reactions. A plan is then formulated to implement the idea, and this plan is supported by the establishment of consistent habits. Maintaining these habits requires commitment and perseverance, ultimately leading to a lifestyle change and realizing the desired transformation.

The steps involved in personal transformation are presented in concentric circles, starting from the center and expanding outwards:

Idea: Change begins with an initial thought or concept.

Thought: The idea is then developed and considered more deeply.

Feelings: Emotions and reactions are associated with the thought.

Plan: A strategy is formulated to implement the idea.

Habits: Consistent actions are established to support the plan.

Commitment: Dedication and perseverance are applied to maintain the habits.

Lifestyle: The changes become integrated into daily routines and behaviors.

Change: The transformation is realized as a result of these steps.

This model suggests that change is a gradual and layered process, where each step builds upon the previous one, ultimately leading to a significant shift in lifestyle and behavior.
